I'd definitely stay here again!
We were at the campground why my husband was out of state working there we were supposed to stay till November but during the first week our dogs were both poisoned with rat poison (confirmed thru an autopsy by a vet) our dog of 9 years didn't make it our other dog is still undergoing treatment we were not welcome inside the campground it is clear outsiders were not welcome most everyone in the campground are permanent. Our children had to watch our dog suffer and go thru the whole course all vets were closed and the emergency vet was an hour and a half away a very horrible experience that were now just not able to forget about have to think about it everyday we notified the owner said it would be looked into and would call right back and we were never able to get ahold of her again tried from 3 different phones and was never at office when we went up

Stayed there the night of May 24th, 2015 (Memorial Day weekend). My kids and I pulled in late and got one of the last available tent sites. The campground is quite large, has a pool, playground, is near the river, and seems to be extremely kid-friendly. Our campsite was on a little cul-de-sac, so there was no real car traffic to worry about, and we were less than a hundred yards from the restrooms, shower, and pool facilities. The price was a little higher than some of the other places nearby, but I think that the amenities and fact that I could get a spot was worth it.
