My sister thanked him for his time, but I sort of snickered in disbelief of this ridiculous policy, he proceeded to physically run us out of the office, ranting about how much money he makes and he doesn't need our business. Judging from his bulging eyes, and hostile attitude, I'd say he deals something out of that office, but NOT CARS!
Terrible car lot. sold a friend of mine a car. bad heater core in it. wanted to only pay half when they KNEW it had the problem from the get go. then when car was returned my friends dad was threatened physically after wanting to get the plate from the car
Terrible attitude and personality. Would definitely not recommend. He was talking down to me and being extremely rude.
I stopped by Racen auto with my sister to inquire about a car on the lot. Never in my life have I been with such blatant disrespect and misplaced hostility. We were not greeted, had to ask for assistance, and then were told that in order to even start a car on his lot that we had to have the full amount of cash in hand, or a credit approval!! He never even got out from behind his desk! When I suggested that this approach was less than helpful, he stated, "look, I get people comin in and outa here all day long wantin' 4wheel drives who don't even have $200 to put down...now do you have $1500 cash in your pocket? Then I'll let you start 'er up!"
Very very disapointing sold a vehicle without telling the a/c was mabe to work upfront not in the back!!
