Easy to order, nice folks, decent pricing.
After the wedding, not even a day after, one of the bridesmaid's bouquets had mealy bugs all over it. Another bridesmaid bouquet had brown spots all over the leaves.
My fiance sent me flowers from Feola's yesterday, and they did not arrive in the best condition. The roses seemed to be a bit past their prime, while one of the carnations was broken and just dangling off the side of the arrangement. Perhaps the flowers did not travel well in the delivery vehicle. Overall, the arrangement maybe could have been cute in a smaller vase instead of just surrounded by TONS of filler so that it'd fit in a big vase, but as it is, it just looks awkward. Also, my fiance made a mistake when giving my address. I understand that this was his own fault, but the person who called to clarify was rude to him, and that really wasn't necessary.
Overall, I give them a 3 out of 5. The flowers are pretty, the arrangements are decent, but the store doesn't get it all the way right and gave us two bad bouquets.
I used Feola's Flowers for my wedding just a while back and I was sadly disappointed with the results. The bouquets were beautiful, don't get me wrong, it's just they weren't what I had expected. I also asked for wrist corsages and they gave me ones for the shirt. They were really odd looking as well. The flowers looked fresh, though the items weren't how I pictured.

This florist also cannot preserve your flowers, so I'd recommend using them if you don't mind not being able to keep your flowers. Also, I do not know if it is something common now, but the bouquets are just stems in the bottom of a styrofoam bowl with flower tops stuck in the top.
