I would suggest staying clear of this company. I let them into my business to work on the heating system. When they left I found that they had helped themselves to all my Snap-On tools. That's right an entire toolbox of tools stolen! I called the owner, Fred, and was given a run-around. He was rude and unprofessional and tried to blame my employees. Yet, he and his employees were the only ones who had access to my business that day. I was hoping he would handle this in a professional manner.
I called this company to see about getting an estimate on fixing my ac furnace and pulling it out completely and then reinstall it. The guy that called me back was a total arrogant ####. Arguing with me about if he gave me his email address. very rude!
They installed my a.c. unit when we bought our doublewide. I don't chose them. I have had problems with it leaking Freon. They came last summer filled it back up this summer have had problems with it freezing up again finally got them put here to fix the leak and wanted me to pay first $300 then it went down to $250 and then to $200. After telling them no I wasn't paying it because it was their fault I was told to shove the air conditioner up mya@@. Not very happy with them at all!
Built a new house and had Mountain State install the furnace. Huge mistake, the furnace doesn't work properly. Our house was freezing the week of Thanksgiving (at this point the furnance was only 5 months old) and we called Fred the owner to see if we could get it fixed. Fred was extremely rude and didn't even give us a chance to explain our situation before he started cursing at us. The worst part is that we had him on speaker phone (while driving) and our 7 year old son heard the whole conversation. We then contacted Comfort Tech and they were professional and came out that very same day and fixed the issue.
