one of the worst hospitals in the area people are rude to there pt

My girl friend is 36 weeks pregnant and thought she was going into labor. Thank god she wasn't or we would have had the baby in the hall. I thought that this was an emergency and should be seen right away, but I had to search for a nurse to be seen while no one is there in the waiting room but us. We sat in the triage updating her information for about 15 to 20 minutes while she was shaking in pain. They tell us to go to OB 2nd floor to the right.... ok. Once up stairs we got lost so I went to ask a women behind a desk. She had the audacity to put her finger up and tell me to wait then picked the phone up to talk to whom ever. I was so mad I started to laugh. Luckly a nurse in civilian cloths asked who she was and lead us in OB got a room right away and did her job. I thought patience were number one priority. I guess not in this hospital.

Great experience for day surgery! Everyone was nice. The IV was a piece of cake because they have an instrument that finds a big vein. Great everything!

Far from perfect, but I've had far more good experiences over the years than bad with this hospital. Waits can be long at times but usually it's not bad and staff are usually very friendly. They usually don't perform things they aren't comfortable with and aren't afraid to send you to a better facility if needed.

THE WORST patient care I've ever experienced. Not worth stopping by even for a band aid.
