Never actually been there, but these people are my heroes! I totaled my car in early September and didn't realize that I left my passport hidden in the car. After calling around through the insurance company, they got me in touch with IAA, who looked for it not once, but went back again when I called and found it!
Waaay far away from where I had my accident. If your car gets totalled in West Virginia, this is where it ends up. The staff in the office is great but the crew out in the yard will go through your stuff in your vehicle and take things.... for warned is for armed.
