Staff are like dictators. They're always finding reasons to enter your apartment. They don't give you 24 hours notice for maintenance like they're supposed to. They just barge right in. The current manager is threatening everyone in the apartment complex to fine them 25 dollars a month for finding cigarette Butts in the parking lot, even non smokers. Not a single cabinet in the apartment closes right. All of this for a low price of 600 bucks a month. Riverplace, you know where to shove it!!!!!!!!
