I could've thrown a tarp over my stuff in the backyard and had better results. The roof leaked, causing the cushions to break down and my couch to mold. Ants and mice nested, chewed up things and left literally pounds of rice in my things. No I did not have any food items in the unit. I was late on a payment and they cut my lock off and replaced with their own, which is standard procedure. However, after payment was made they called me and asked if I wanted to put my own lock back on. As I was living out of town, I requested that they leave their lock on. They didn't and several things were stolen. To top it off, when I contacted the owner to let him know he had a leak and pest problem, he hung up on me. Total waste of we'll over $1000. Smh
