Sprint does not stand by their contracts with their customers. We were promised a promotional deal...signed our contract and then three weeks later were told that it was given to us incorrectly and they revoked the deal they made with us. They gave us no help with the situation, caused inconvenience for several weeks and months worth of arguing to find ourselves changing to a different provider. They DO NOT take care of their customers.
The people working at the store are rude and unhelpful. They didn't know what they were talking about.
The employee named Taylor@ buckhannon office is extremely rude. I hope she's worth the loss because Im cancelling my account and going to a competitor.
I've always had a long wait here, but the staff is very polite.
